All-on-4 cost

One flat fee per arch. Not a starting price.

Four implants or eight, one extraction or twelve, graft or no graft — the fee for the arch is the same. It is written down at the consultation, before any decision, and it does not move afterwards.

How much does All-on-4 cost at Lukenda Dental?

The practice quotes one flat fee per arch, given to you in writing at the consultation. It covers every extraction the arch needs, the implants — four, six or eight, whatever the bone calls for — any bone grafting, the fixed bridge fitted on the day of surgery, and the definitive full zirconia bridge months later. There are no additional fees.

Correct as of August 2026. Ask for the figure at the consultation; it is free and no treatment happens that day.

This practice quotes one flat fee per arch and gives it to you in writing at the consultation, before any decision. The fee does not change with the number of implants, the number of extractions or the amount of grafting your scan turns out to need. Correct as of August 2026.

Why the number of implants is not a price question here

At most practices the arch is quoted for four implants and each additional one is billed. That puts a commercial weight on a clinical decision. Here the fee is the same whether four go in or eight, so how many you get is settled by the 3D scan and the bone it finds — and by nothing else. Dr. Lukenda decides it case by case, on what the jaw will actually hold.

Why the grafting is not quoted separately either

Bone grafting is the classic mid-treatment surprise: a plan agreed at one price, then a graft discovered on the day and invoiced afterwards. It is included here. If your scan shows you need it, you need it, and the arch fee already covers it.

The final bridge is full zirconia, on every case

The bridge fitted on the day of surgery is a fixed provisional — screwed in, you eat with it, it does not come out. The definitive one is made after the implants have fused, several months later, and here it is always full zirconia. Milled rather than hand-layered, it holds its colour where acrylic discolours. It is not an upgrade tier; it is what the fee includes.

Why two quotes for the same jaw can look nothing alike

Before comparing any two figures, ask each practice the same four questions:

  1. How many implants is your number based on? A quote built on four is not comparable with one built on six.
  2. Does it include the extractions? Removing the teeth that are coming out is often billed on top.
  3. What happens to the price if I need a graft? This is the most common mid-treatment surprise there is.
  4. Is the definitive bridge in the price, or only the temporary one? The bridge fitted on the day of surgery is not the final one.

Most of the distance between a cheap quote and an expensive one lives in those four answers rather than in the dentistry. At this practice all four are inside the one arch fee, which is why the figure you are given at the consultation is the figure you pay.

Insurance and monthly payments

Most PPO plans pay toward part of this — commonly the extractions and some of the restorative work; few cover a full arch outright. The office checks your benefits, files the claims, and on larger cases requests a pre-determination in writing so the coverage is confirmed before you commit. CareCredit and Alphaeon Credit both run monthly plans, and almost nobody pays for a full arch in one go.

All digital, from the scan to the milled bridge

The scan, the implant planning, the smile design and the bridge itself run through one digital workflow. You see the design on screen before anything is made, and the bridge is milled to that design rather than approximated by hand.

Next step

Ask for the figure. It costs nothing to hear it.

The consultation is free, it takes about twenty minutes, and no treatment happens that day. You leave with the plan and the price on paper.
