Before you come in
Three things people ask the front desk.
Everything else is easier to answer on the phone than to read.
Call 732-428-4080I broke a tooth this morning. Can I be seen today?
Call the office and say it is an emergency. Same-day slots are kept for exactly this, and a broken tooth that hurts is the reason they exist. If the practice is closed, the message tells you what to do next.
My English isn't strong. Will I be able to explain things?
Yes. The office speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Russian, Slovak and Czech. Say which language you are most comfortable in when you call, and the appointment is arranged around it. Consent forms and treatment plans get explained in that language too.
Do I need a referral to be seen?
No. You can book directly. If another dentist has referred you for implant treatment, bring the referral and any recent X-rays — it saves repeating imaging you have already had.
Next step
Come and see it before you commit to anything.
The first consultation is a conversation. No treatment happens that day.
